Crafted for a high-end 74-unit new development, the logo for "Water's Edge" embodies sleek sophistication and warmth, tailored to appeal to affluent Millennials and mid-life transitioners. Combining typography and animation, I designed a ligature by juxtaposing fonts that evoke the shape of water waves and the architectural symmetry and sophistication of the Water's Edge building. I used After Effects to animate the logo with a captivating watery effect, implying the building emerging solidly out of the waters. The tagline I created, "We are Water's Edge," further emphasizes the welcoming community environment we aim to create.
