Deliverables:   Website with art, copy, video, blog, animation and CMS development. 

Web Design & Development

The challenge was twofold. Use the website to elevate the client's brand visibility in Google searches through improved SEO practices and to craft a compelling brand narrative.  Additionally, the aim was to educate users about the client's brand, services, and the nuances of Melville and Dix Hills neighborhoods.

Solution: responsive website. It not only clarified the brand's essence but also introduced the broker and her story to potential clients. Key tactics included: SEO Optimization, Strategic Domain Name, Compelling Copy and Visuals.

Navigation and Video:

To enhance user experience and facilitate seamless exploration, a simple user-friendly menu was incorporated at the top of the page.  There was a colorful and elegant home featured in a video to both create an immersive experience as well as to highlight the beauty of the neighborhood architecture.

Compelling Copy & Visuals

Wrote copy that showcased the Broker as both a helpful neighbor as well as the quintessential real estate authority in Melville and Dix Hills, leveraging her 30-year track record.

SEO Optimization

SEO Optimization: Utilized a Blog featuring neighborhood articles and real estate advice infused with strategic keywords to align with Google search inquiries.  Providing helpful Real Estate advice throughout the site.
